TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions of The Kooky Crone:
Payment in advance: Payment in advance is always required via Bank Transfer, cash or Paypal. Deposits are taken at time of booking. Full payment must be completed prior to or on the day of session via card payment or cash.
Return of fees: Deposits are non-refundable; however extenuating circumstances will be taken into account by The Kooky Crone.
Termination: The Kooky Crone also has the right to terminate the contract at any time, at which point all unused, pre-paid fees will be returned to the client. A reason for termination will always be provided to the client.
Lateness for sessions by the client: Charges for each session will begin at the start time agreed in advance, not when the client arrives
Re-arranging sessions: Re-arranging sessions is to be avoided if at all possible, and at least 48 hours notice is required or the session fee will be retained.
Availability outside coaching sessions: On-call coaching is not available outside the pre-arranged sessions, for example by phone or e-mail.
Privacy: Your privacy and confidentiality is extremely important, any records or information with your details will never be kept without your approval. None of your details will be shared.
